Reference Universidad glacier outlines
A collection of hand-traced outlines of the Universidad glacier, the Regions of Interest (ROIs).
List of files in the archive:
glaciarU_outline_April2013.shp: reference outline of the glacier in 2013.
toRemoveIndicators.shp: Helper file for AAR calculation
gl_u_2013_allL8ROIs_3_meanElev.shp: File with Regions of interest for statistical computations. Polygon shapefile with 4 fields: id (ID of the polygon), place (name of the ROI), area (inherited from the Universidad Glacier shapefile), DEM_mean (mean elevation based on the 2013 DEM).
glacierExtent2022.shp: Contour of the glacier for use with sing counting. Fields: ID.
dtm_Universidad_dummy_extent.tif: A raster file with the outline of the glacier for use in certain processing stages. Binary file with "1" over the glacier and "no data" outside of it.
