Does palsa thaw in Northern Finland contribute to remobilisation of metals accumulated in peat?

The dataset contains coordinates of sampling points, field measurements of discharge (Q), physical and chemical parameters of water samples (temperature, specific electric conductivity, pH, oxidation-reduction potential, dissolved oxygen concentration, turbidity and chlorophyll a concentration). It also contains the concentrations of several metals, metalloids and nonmetals, as well as inorganic ions, total organic carbon and total nitrogen, determined in the collected water samples. Stable isotope ratios of oxygen and hydrogen are also included. Sediment sample parameters are also part of the dataset: the concentrations of metals, nonmetals and metalloids, determined with two fraction cutoff points (<0.315 mm & 0.063 mm), and the concentrations of inorganic ions and total organic carbon in the same sediment samples. A dataset connected to the manuscript: Does palsa thaw in Northern Finland contribute to remobilisation of metals accumulated in peat? This dataset has been prepared as part of the PER2Water research grant (PERsistent organic pollutant remobilisation from PERmafrost into surface Waters, PI: Danuta Szumińska).
