The presented dataset contains measurements of water level (water pressure in hPa), water temperature in °C and water specific conductivity in mS/cm in three streams located in a post-glacial area at Cape Lion's Rump on the western shore of King George Bay on King George Island in the South Shetland Islands. It also contains air pressure and air temperature measurements at sea level. The period over which the hydrological parameters were measured was from 23 December 2018 to 13 February 2024, with an interruption from 26 March 2021 to 23 November 2021. For air temperature and pressure, the measurement period was from 27 November 2017 to 14 February 2021, with an interruption from 17 December 2019 to 13 January 2020. Measurements were taken every 15 minutes. The registered times refer to the UTC-3 time zone. The measurements were taken using a CTD-Diver and a Baro-Diver, both of which were manufactured by Van Essen Instruments. The CTD Divers were placed immobile at the bottom of the streams and were only removed from the water to download the data. The Baro-Diver was placed in the radiance shield, 2 metres above ground level. The spots were named: Lions Rump 2 Diver CTD, Lions Rump 3 Diver CTD, Lions Rump 5 Diver CTD and Lions Rump Baro Diver. The coordinates of the devices' locations are given in the relevant files.
